Evgeny Gradovich defeated Mauricio Munoz in unanimous decision fashion to retain his IBF world title. Known as the Mexican-Russian, Evgeny Gradovich improves to 17-0. Gradovich is trained by Robert Garcia and the rest of his team from the Garcia boxing gym was on site to support Evgeny Gradovich such as Brandon Rios and Mikey Garcia. The Robert Garcia team was also there to support Brandon Rios as he kicked off his promotional tour against foe Manny Pacquiao in Macau, China.

Also on the card Juan Francisco Estrada was successful in defending both his WBO and WBA world titles. Like Evgeny Gradovich, Estrada beat his opponent Milan Melindo by unanimous decision. Juan Francisco Estrada gives Milan Melindo now 29-1-0 his first lost. Juan Francisco Estrada improves to 25-2-0 18KO’s.

The next big thing from China was also successful in his second pro career win. Zhou Shiming the two-time gold medalist from China defeated Jesus Ortega also by unanimous decision.

With already two successful boxing events in Macau, China and a mega fight on its way to the same location featuring Manny Pacquiao vs Brandon Rios, Top Rank is making China a new hot bed for boxing.
